U.P. Shiva Prasad Reddy is the visionary Chairman and Founder of Premiere Distillery S.A.R.L. (PREMIDIS S.A.R.L.), established in 1999 in the Democratic Republic of Congo, which under his leadership has evolved into one of Central Africa’s most diversified and respected business conglomerates. With operations spanning beverages, construction, pharma, tourism & travels, cosmetics and agriculture ,the Group operates across the DRC, Angola, Zambia, Tanzania, and Nigeria, employing a large workforce and supporting thousands more indirectly.

His leadership is anchored in strong governance, transparency, ethics, and sustainability, combining global standards with deep local impact. Recognised for his contribution to national development and philanthropy, he was awarded the Gold Medal for Civic Merit in 2015. Beyond business, he actively supports education and community development, including funding the education of over students and scholarships for overseas studies, with a vision to position PREMIDIS as a benchmark for responsible and inclusive industrial growth across Africa.

Under his stewardship, PREMIDIS has evolved from a pioneering venture in the Democratic Republic of Congo into one of Central Africa’s most diversified conglomerates, with operations across the DRC, Angola, Zambia, Tanzania, and Nigeria, spanning beverages, construction, pharma, tourism & travels, cosmetics and agriculture.

His leadership blends innovation with integrity, leveraging technology, local partnerships, and responsible practices to align business excellence with social advancement. A strong advocate of inclusive development, he actively supports education, skill development, and community initiatives, shaping PREMIDIS into a model of modern African enterprise that balances commercial success with social responsibility and ethical leadership.

Educated in the United Kingdom, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Northampton and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Surrey, equipping him with a strong foundation in contemporary management and global business practices.

Under his leadership, PREMIDIS is reinforcing its position as a regional hub for industrial growth, innovation, and social impact. He places strong emphasis on operational excellence, sustainability, and the development of African talent to enable inclusive progress. Pradip Toshniwal serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Premiere Distillery S.A.R.L. (PREMIDIS S.A.R.L.), one of Central Africa’s most diversified and progressive business conglomerates. A seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of experience, he brings strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, cost optimisation, investment strategy, and regulatory compliance.

At PREMIDIS, he has played a key role in strengthening the Group’s financial architecture and driving long-term value creation across diverse sectors including beverages, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, agriculture, construction, logistics, mining, tourism, and technology services. His strategic leadership has contributed to consistent double-digit revenue growth, improved capital efficiency, and disciplined cost management.

A strong proponent of governance, transparency, and accountability, he has implemented structured financial systems and data-driven frameworks that align operational performance with strategic objectives.
