Headquartered in the Democratic Republic of Congo, PREMIDIS S.A.R.L. (Premiere Distillery S.A.R.L.) is one of the country’s most respected and diversified business enterprises.
Recognized as one of the largest contributors to provincial and national revenues, PREMIDIS holds formal authorization to manufacture alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. It operates state-of-the-art facilities across Goma, Lubumbashi, Kinshasa, Bunia, Kalemi, and Kiwanza supported by modern infrastructure and stringent quality control systems. Through its diversified business model and strong local sourcing initiatives, the Group contributes significantly to employment generation, industrial growth, and regional economic stability.
The company is led by its Founder, Mr. Shiva Prasad Reddy, a Commerce graduate from Nagarjuna University (1994) with extensive professional experience across Asia and Africa. He is supported by U.P. Vijay Mohan Reddy (Managing Director), U.P. Muktesh Reddy (CEO), and Pradip Toshniwal (CFO), reflecting strong governance and strategic leadership. In recognition of his contributions to national development and philanthropy, Mr. Reddy was awarded the Gold Medal for Civic Merit by the Chancellor of National Orders of the DRC in 2015.
Expanding its footprint beyond the DRC, Mr. Shiva Prasad Reddy has established regional and international operations in Zambia, Angola, Tanzania, Nigeria, reinforcing its role as a regional economic catalyst and trade enabler. The founder’s international presence underscores its mission to connect African enterprise with global markets through innovation, ethics, and efficiency.
